How ride pricing works
You see the full price before you confirm. Demand never changes it.
| Ride option | Base fare | Per mile | Per minute | Minimum fare | Waiting | Cancellation | Reservation fee |
|---|
No surge pricingBusy nights, bad weather and big games don’t multiply your fare.
$3.95 booking feeAdded to every ride, including when the minimum fare applies.
WaitingThe first 2 minutes at pickup and at final drop-off are free. Stops in between are charged from arrival.
Free cancellationCancel within 2 minutes after a driver accepts at no charge.
Airport tripsA $4.95 airport charge applies to rides to or from PHL.
Scheduled rides and taxisScheduled rides add a $5 Economy or $12 Luxury reservation fee that goes to your driver. Taxis use Philadelphia Parking Authority rates.
Venue fee: $4.95Added once per trip when your pickup or drop-off is at one of these venues, on event and non-event days. It’s in addition to the booking fee and any airport charge. Taxi fares follow Parking Authority rates instead.
