In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Halen Philadelphia 10K, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release Halen Technologies Inc., the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and the City of Philadelphia from any and all claims for injuries, illness, death, or property damage I may suffer arising from my participation. I acknowledge that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained, and I assume all risks associated with participating, including but not limited to falls, contact, weather, traffic, and course conditions.
