HELP & FAQs

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Start here for Halen’s launch plans, pricing approach, and the things to check before your first ride or delivery.

01

Launch & availability

Is Halen available now?

Halen is preparing for a Philadelphia launch in January 2027, subject to readiness and required approvals. Do not rely on Halen for a time-sensitive journey until service availability is confirmed.

Which services are coming first?

Rideshare and last-mile package delivery. Food, grocery, retail, flights, and vacation rentals are part of Halen’s broader plans and will roll out separately.

Where will Halen operate?

The initial plan focuses on Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania communities. Exact pickup coverage will be confirmed before launch. New Jersey and Delaware pickups are not included in the initial plan.

Will Halen serve the airport and train station?

Airport and station access require separate authorization. Halen will confirm these services when approvals and operations are ready. Our Philadelphia guide provides general travel directions; it is not an announcement of Halen access.

02

Rides & pricing

What does “no surge” mean?

Halen’s planned pricing model does not add a demand-based surge multiplier. Different trips can still cost different amounts, and other applicable charges may be part of the total. Read the pricing guide.

What does “drivers keep 100%” mean?

Drivers keep 100% of ride fares, minus third-party fees. Drivers pay a subscription to use the platform. This statement refers to the fare, not the rider’s entire payment including separate charges.

Can I schedule a ride, book for someone else, or add stops?

Halen supports scheduled rides, booking for someone else, and a choice of available vehicle types. For adding stops or changing an active destination, check the options on the trip or ask in-app support.

What are the cancellation and refund rules?

Cancel within two minutes after a driver accepts your trip without a charge. Later cancellations may incur the listed category fee. See cancellation guidance.

03

Package delivery

What can I send?

The package weight limit is 50 lb. Chemicals and drugs are prohibited; contact in-app chat about uncertain items. The package guide helps you prepare the item, addresses, and recipient.

Does the recipient need to be ready?

Arrange the handoff before requesting delivery. Meeting the driver is recommended, and Halen also allows door drop-off. Confirm receiving hours and provide instructions. If a signature or PIN is required, someone must be available to complete it.

04

Account & support

Where do I access my Halen account?

Use the Halen account portal linked from Halen’s website. An account or app download does not by itself confirm that local bookings are open.

What information helps when reporting a problem?

Keep the relevant booking or order reference, date and time, a short description of the issue, and any useful screenshot. Never share your password, verification code, or full payment card details.

How do I report a lost item or a trip issue?

Halen offers 24/7 in-app chat. Provide the trip reference and a short description so the team can identify the journey. Do not post personal trip or contact information publicly.

Where can I read Halen’s privacy policy and terms?

Read Halen’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions on the main website.

Get help in the app.

Halen’s in-app chat is available 24/7 for riders and drivers, including missing payouts, trip issues, and subscription questions.
