Concerts, dinner, a game, or a celebration. A few decisions before you go make the journey home easier for everyone.
BEFORE THE PLANS BEGIN

Keep a way to connect.
Charge your phone, carry a charger if needed, and make sure someone in your group has enough battery to coordinate the trip home.
Choose your return options.
Check more than one way home. Event traffic, service availability, and transit closing times can affect your departure.
WHEN EVERYONE LEAVES AT ONCE
A nearby car still needs
a way to reach you.
Start with the pickup instructions, not the shortest line on a map.
Barriers, road closures, and one-way streets can separate you from a car that looks close. Follow staff directions and stay on pedestrian routes when moving to your pickup area.
Confirm your location before requesting. Moving again after a driver is on the way can make the meeting harder.
AT THE CURB
Make sure it is your ride.
Compare the license plate, vehicle, and driver information against your booking before entering. A car stopping near your group is not proof it is your ride. If the details do not match, stay outside and resolve the issue through the service you booked.
COMMON QUESTIONS
After the encore.
Does no surge mean there will always be a car available?
No. Pricing and availability are different things. Halen’s no-surge approach does not eliminate traffic or guarantee a vehicle during a busy event.
Should we walk away from the venue to find a ride?
Use the venue’s authorized pickup instructions first. Only move to another location if it is safe, permitted, and clearly agreed with your group. Do not cross barriers or walk into traffic to reach a car.
