HALEN / FLIGHT BOOKINGS: CHANGES & REFUNDS

Your flight changed?
Know your options.

How changes, cancellations, and refunds work for flights booked through Halen, and the U.S. rules that protect travelers.

Before you book.

Halen shows the full fare, including taxes and fees, before you confirm. Read the fare rules for your ticket: some fares can’t be changed or refunded, and baggage fees vary by airline.

U.S. rules that protect travelers.

RuleWhat it means
24-hour ruleFor flights booked at least 7 days before departure, U.S. rules generally let you cancel within 24 hours of booking without a penalty, or hold the fare for 24 hours. How it applies can depend on who sold the ticket.
Canceled flightsIf the airline cancels your flight and you don’t accept an alternative, you’re entitled to a refund.
Significant changesIf the airline significantly changes your flight, such as moving departure or arrival by 3 or more hours for a domestic flight or 6 or more hours for an international flight, and you don’t accept the change, you’re entitled to a refund.
