PHL: bags first.
Pickup second.
Follow Ground Transportation signs for Ride App / Zone 7.
PHL directs app-based ride pickups to South Commercial Road outside baggage claim. Collect your bags, identify your terminal, and follow the current signs to the designated area.
Book only when you can reach the correct pickup area. Match the driver and vehicle to your booking; do not accept an unsolicited ride.

30th Street Station:
the side matters.

Amtrak currently lists rideshare services on the Market Street side, taxi pickup on the 29th Street side, and general pickup/drop-off outside the west end on 30th Street.
Check signs before requesting a car. Give your driver the street and entrance, not simply “outside the station.”

Plan the trip home
before the final whistle.
Choose a meeting point together.
Keep your group together and head to an authorized pickup area. Stay on pedestrian routes and follow staff directions.
Leave room for the crowd.
Allow extra time as everyone exits. A nearby car still needs a clear, legal route to reach you.
Do not assume every rideshare lot is shared.
Xfinity Mobile Arena currently describes its Lot D pickup area as exclusive to Lyft riders. That is not a Halen pickup location. Follow the instructions for the service you actually book.

A better pickup
is a more precise pickup.
Choose a legal stopping place.
A busy hotel entrance, loading zone, or intersection may not be a suitable place to wait. Use the designated pickup area where one is provided.
Use the building entrance.
A campus or hospital name can cover several blocks. Confirm the correct building, street address, and entrance before you request your ride.
Plan the return separately.
A drop-off across a state line does not establish pickup availability there. Halen’s initial pickup plan is Pennsylvania-only; check both directions before relying on a round trip.
