BEFORE DEPARTURE
Your flight is only one part of the trip.
Build in the airport time.
Include check-in, bag drop, security, and the walk to your gate. Use your airline’s arrival guidance and current airport information—not just the flight departure time.
Count people and bags.
A vehicle that seats your group may not have space for all the luggage. Check capacity with large suitcases, strollers, or mobility equipment in mind.
AFTER LANDING
Get oriented before you request.
Land. Collect your bags. Find the pickup area.
Check your airport’s official instructions for app-based rides. The designated area may be on a different level or a walk from baggage claim.
Once you know where you are going, use the terminal and pickup zone shown in your booking. A generic airport address can lead to the wrong part of the property.

Plan the last leg before you leave.
- Keep your accommodation address somewhere accessible if your connection is unreliable.
- Check the hotel or rental’s check-in hours and arrival instructions.
- Have a plan for delays that push your arrival into the night.
- Before the flight home, confirm the terminal again; it may differ from your arrival terminal.
