HALEN / RATINGS & FEEDBACK

Respect is rated
both ways.

After a trip, riders and drivers rate each other. Ratings help keep Halen safe and respectful for everyone.

How ratings work.

Riders rate their driver, and drivers rate their rider. Your rating is the average of the ratings you receive, on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

AccountMinimum rating
Rider accountsSuspended if the average rating falls below 3.5 stars.
Driver accountsSuspended if the average rating falls below 4 stars.

Keeping a good rating as a rider.

03

Be accurate

Enter the right pickup and destination, and tell your driver about stops through the app.

Keeping a good rating as a driver.

Drive lawfully and attentively, and keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

02

Clear communication

Confirm the rider’s name and destination, and follow the route the rider expects.

03

Respect

Treat every rider fairly, including riders with service animals or mobility aids.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Ratings questions.

Can I see my rating?

Your rating is shown in the app.

What happens if my rating drops?

Rider accounts are suspended below 3.5 stars, and driver accounts below 4 stars.

Can I report a problem instead of leaving a low rating?

Yes. For anything serious, such as unsafe driving or discrimination, report it through Halen’s 24/7 in-app chat. A rating alone does not tell Halen what happened.

Can a driver ask for a review of a suspension?

Yes. Email support@halentech.com with your account details and any relevant information. See Account Review & Deactivation.
