Before you confirm.
Choose the vehicle
Select from available vehicle types. Consider both passengers and luggage. Confirm any essential travel needs before booking.
Check the total
Review the fare and $3.95 booking fee, plus any applicable trip charges. Pay with a major credit card; eligible ride credit is held in your Halen wallet.
At pickup.
Be ready at the agreed location. Compare the driver and vehicle information with the booking, including the license plate. Stay outside if the details do not match. Buckle up once seated and keep your belongings with you.
If plans change.
You can cancel without a charge within two minutes after a driver accepts your trip. Later cancellations may incur the fee for the selected vehicle category. Use Cancellations, Waiting & Trip Changes for the listed cancellation charges.
At the end of the ride.
Check the seat and footwell before leaving. Drivers keep 100% of tips, minus third-party fees. If you have a trip or payment question, open Halen’s in-app chat, available 24/7.
