Think about your group and luggage together. Check the vehicle capacity and any travel needs before confirming a ride.
Give yourself breathing room.
Traffic, weather, and event crowds can affect a journey. Leave a buffer for a flight, a shift, or an appointment.
AT PICKUP
Take a moment.
Check your ride.
Match the vehicle and driver information in your booking before getting in.
Check the license plate, vehicle details, and driver identity. If something does not match, stay outside the vehicle and resolve it through the service you booked.
Your pickup checklist
- Wait in a visible place where stopping is allowed.
- Use the pickup location you agreed on.
- Keep your phone available for pickup coordination.
- Buckle up, and check for belongings before leaving.

When can I ride with Halen?
Halen is preparing for a Philadelphia launch in January 2027. Rides and package delivery are the first planned services. Check Halen’s launch announcements before making travel plans around the service.
Does no surge mean every trip costs the same?
No. Different trips can have different prices. No surge means Halen’s planned pricing model does not add a demand-based surge multiplier. Review the total and applicable charges before you confirm.
What if I need a car seat, an accessible vehicle, or to travel with a pet?
Confirm the service’s published options and requirements before booking. Do not assume a vehicle has a car seat, space for a mobility device, or a pet option. Halen’s launch-specific guidance for these needs will be provided before service begins.
