Allow time to get settled.
Build in time for gathering your group, loading belongings, and any equipment setup. Be ready before the vehicle arrives.
TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
Plan the car seat
before the pickup.
Do not assume a booked vehicle includes a child seat.
Check the transport service’s options and the rules that apply where you travel. Use an appropriate car seat or booster for the child and follow the seat and vehicle manufacturers’ instructions.

Can I arrange a ride for someone else?
Halen supports booking for another person. Make sure the traveler knows the pickup point, vehicle details, and how to get help. An ordinary ride does not establish supervision or personal-care assistance.
