Tell Halen what you are sending accurately. A label such as “personal items” does not resolve whether the contents are suitable. If you are unsure about an item, ask Halen’s 24/7 in-app chat before booking.
Check before sending unusual or valuable items.
Contact support before sending a high-value, fragile, regulated, perishable, or temperature-sensitive item. A weight limit does not establish coverage for loss or damage, and this guide does not promise package insurance.
Prepare the delivery location.
Tell the recipient to expect the package and supply the correct entrance or unit. If door drop-off is intended, provide the delivery instructions. If a signature or PIN is required, arrange for someone to be available to complete it.
