Availability is more than a city name.
The service you need
Rides, package delivery, and other services can have different coverage. An available ride does not establish availability of every Halen service.
The time and trip details
Availability can depend on the time, vehicle needs, destination, and current supply. Check the booking details for the journey you intend to make.
Check the journey in both directions.
A trip out and a trip back are separate requests. Being dropped off somewhere does not establish pickup availability there, particularly across a state or service-area boundary.
For a return that matters—a flight, a late-night event, or an appointment—check the return options before you leave. Keep an alternative in mind if a service is unavailable when you need it.
Special locations need a closer look.

| Across a boundary | Check the origin and destination separately. A permitted drop-off does not mean a return pickup is available. |

“Coming soon,” a waitlist, an app download, and a confirmed booking are different things. An announcement can tell you where Halen plans to grow; the available booking options tell you what you can request for your trip.
