Two minutes to cancel without a charge.
The free cancellation window begins when a driver accepts your trip. Cancel within two minutes of acceptance to avoid a cancellation charge.

These cancellation charges apply after the free cancellation window for the listed categories. Check the ride selected in your booking. A no-show is a separate situation; do not assume it has the same charge.
WHEN WAITING BECOMES CHARGEABLE
Two minutes at pickup. Two at drop-off.

| Intermediate stops | Charging starts as soon as the driver arrives at each stop. There is no free waiting period. |

The pickup waiting clock starts at arrival. The cancellation clock starts at driver acceptance. These are separate two-minute periods.

*Per-minute equivalents are shown for reference. Waiting is prorated by elapsed chargeable seconds using the hourly rate, with the combined waiting charge rounded once to the nearest cent. There is no one-hour minimum waiting charge. Travel time and waiting time are counted separately.
A simple example
For Economy Small, five minutes at pickup means two minutes free and three minutes charged: $1.50 in waiting charges. One minute at an intermediate stop adds $0.50. Three minutes at final drop-off adds $0.50 after the two free minutes. Total waiting in this example: $2.50.
The $3.95 booking fee is separate from waiting charges and is added to the ride fare, including when a minimum fare applies.
Stops and destination changes.
If your plans change, check the options available for that trip or contact in-app support. Do not assume a driver can change the booking or add a stop outside the supported process. A scheduled ride or a ride for another person is supported, but these are different from changing an active trip.
