Check the plate, the vehicle, and the driver against your booking. If anything doesn’t match, don’t get in.

02

Wait somewhere safe

Wait in a visible, well-lit place, and stay inside until your driver arrives.

03

Buckle up

Wear a seat belt once you’re seated.

04

Speak up

If something feels wrong, end the trip in a safe place and contact Halen.

Reporting a safety concern.

Report safety concerns through Halen’s 24/7 in-app chat, which is available 24/7 and can connect you to a live phone call. If you can’t use the app, email support@halentech.com. Include the trip reference, what happened, and a safe way to reach you.
