Prepare the vehicle
Check inspection and insurance status, clean the vehicle, and make sure your phone is charged and safely positioned.
Know the plan
Halen’s driver plan is $199 per week plus commercial insurance. A 45-day driver trial is offered when Halen launches in each city.
During a shift.
Use the pickup and trip details shown for each booking. Stop safely, verify the rider or package handoff, and keep personal belongings and exits clear. If an issue prevents a safe trip or delivery, use in-app support.
Record the time you spend working and your vehicle expenses so you can review how the week actually went.
After a ride.
Halen offers same-day payouts and an option to cash out after a ride. Third-party fees apply to instant cash-out. The subscription is charged separately from earnings.
Review the first week.
Compare your fares, tips, processing fees, cash-out fees, and operating expenses. Keep commercial insurance and subscription costs visible when thinking about ongoing earnings.
