How the $25 ride credit works.
The credit is deposited in your Halen wallet and can be used across multiple rides. It covers the full ride charges, including the booking fee and tolls, and expires six months after deposit.
The new-customer offer may change at any time without notice. Check the offer available when you create your account and the credit recorded in your wallet.
Reviewing a payment.
When checking a charge, compare the trip details, any applied wallet credit, and the amount charged to your card. Keep the trip reference and relevant payment record if you need help. A pending card entry and a completed charge may be shown differently by your card issuer; ask support if something is unclear.
Need a receipt or a charge reviewed?
Use Halen’s 24/7 in-app chat. Explain whether you need a receipt, help with ride credit, or a review of a specific charge. Never send your full card number, password, or account login code.
