Halen’s driver subscription is $199 per week, plus commercial insurance. There is no monthly option.

Before the trial ends.
Review the trial dates and subscription information for your account. If you do not plan to continue, arrange a pause or cancellation and check its effective date. Contact support if you need help understanding when a change takes effect.
If you are taking time away.
Use the pause or cancellation option rather than assuming the subscription stops when you stop taking trips. Keep confirmation of the change. A pause or cancellation does not reverse a charge that is non-refundable under the ride-use rule.
Help with billing.
Open Halen’s 24/7 in-app chat for subscription questions, payment problems, or help with a pause or cancellation. Include the charge date and account details needed to locate the issue, but never share your password or login code.
